Ditto Forms Federal Advisory Board to Advance Strategic Growth in Public Sector
Ditto is proud to announce the formation of its Federal Advisory Board, a strategic step in strengthening our commitment to the public sector, national security, and the growing role of cutting-edge technology in mission-critical environments.
The board brings together top leaders from the U.S. military and federal acquisition sectors to advise Ditto as it expands its footprint in government technology.
This group of distinguished advisors will help shape Ditto’s federal strategy, provide insights on evolving government needs, and facilitate the company’s engagement with high-level decision-makers across defense, civilian, and homeland security agencies.
Strategic Direction in Complex Federal Markets
As the demands on national infrastructure, defense readiness, and secure digital transformation continue to grow, federal agencies are increasingly seeking resilient technologies that enable real-time data exchange in Disrupted, Degraded, Intermittent, or Low-bandwidth (DDIL) environments.
To support this mission, Ditto’s Federal Advisory Board will provide:
- Strategic oversight on federal market alignment
Including guidance on technology trends such as AI, cloud modernization, open-source protocols, and tactical edge computing. - Policy and regulatory advisory
Recommending innovations in governance, acquisition, and data policy that foster responsible advancement of distributed systems. - Subject matter expertise in defense-grade architecture
Informing Ditto’s roadmap on scalability, reliability, and mission assurance for national security use cases. - Support with strategic partnerships and deal flow
Leveraging deep federal networks to introduce Ditto to key stakeholders and unlock new business opportunities.
Meet the Members of Ditto’s Federal Advisory Board
Each board member brings decades of leadership experience in defense operations, cyber warfare, federal acquisition, and digital transformation. Their collective expertise will help position Ditto as a trusted partner to agencies looking to invest in resilient edge technologies.
Lieutenant General (Ret.) Charles Moore
With a distinguished career that includes serving as Deputy Commander of U.S. Cyber Command, Lt. Gen. Moore is a recognized leader in cyber operations, joint military strategy, and information warfare. His strategic insights will help guide Ditto’s approach to federal cyber, communications, and distributed networking challenges.
Major General (Ret.) Clayton Hutmacher
President and CEO of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and former Director of Operations at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Maj. Gen. Hutmacher brings over 40 years of military leadership. His experience spans aviation, combat operations, and strategy at the highest levels of joint special operations.
Rear Admiral (Ret.) Matt Burns
A veteran naval leader and former Commander of the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Rear Adm. Burns offers unmatched experience in joint special operations, fusion of special operations with cyber and space, and secure communications. His insights will shape Ditto’s engagement with the broader Department of Defense.
Jim Smith (SES, Retired)
The former Acquisition Executive for U.S. Special Operations Command, Jim Smith has led some of the Department of Defense’s most advanced acquisition and modernization initiatives. He brings deep domain expertise in systems procurement, agile development, and defense technology.
