IMPLEMENTATION POLICY
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Master License and Services Agreement or the Order Form in which this Implementation Policy (this “Policy”) is referenced. Where ordered under the applicable Order Form, Ditto will provide Customer with Implementation Services in accordance with this Policy:
1. SCOPE
For the setup period as identified in an Order Form, Ditto will assist Customer’s development personnel in getting its initial Customer App deployed for production use in accordance with this Policy and as may be further detailed in an Order Form.
2. CONSULTATION, REVIEW, AND INTEGRATION
Ditto will assign a dedicated support engineer to answer questions, triage technical issues, troubleshoot customer environments, and get issues resolved. If requested by Customer, Ditto will perform code review on Customer App source code. Ditto will assist with integration of Ditto’s tools for observability and visual validation of Device synchronization.
3. TRAINING
Upon Customer’s request, Ditto will perform one 3-day training session for Customer personnel on best practices related to architecture, configuration, testing, and scaling via videoconference or, subject to mutual agreement regarding travel and expense costs, onsite.
