How does Endless Eyewear work?
Select a pair of glasses from thousands of designer styles. Wear them for as long as you want, then swap for something new whenever you’re ready. When your new pair arrives, send the old pair back. Shipping is always free and swaps are unlimited, so you can change your look as often as you like. Membership costs $24/month for sunglasses and $34/month for prescription glasses.
When will I receive my first package?
Once you’ve selected your first pair, you should expect to receive your glasses within 5 to 10 business days.
Will I get to pick the pair I want?
Yes! You may choose from any available style. If a style is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, we'll let you know up front and give you an option to select another pair that is available now.
What happens if I lose or damage an item?
We understand that minor wear and tear is inevitable. Your monthly fee includes insurance for minor mishaps like scratches and stretching. In the case of irreparable damage, loss or theft, you'll be charged 85% of the full retail price.
What if I want to buy one of the pairs I receive?
To purchase your current pair, simply visit your Favorites page at DITTO.com and click "Buy Now" in the "At Home" section.
Do members receive a discount when they purchase?
Members receive a 15% discount on the purchase of their current pair of glasses. Prescription lenses are always included for optical subscription members (an $85 value).
Are there any late fees?
Yes. You will incur a $10 late fee if you do not return your previous pair of glasses within five days of receiving your new pair. You'll be automatically charged $10 every week thereafter until they are returned.
Is Endless Eyewear available internationally?
No, Endless Eyewear is currently only available in the United States. We hope to make Endless Eyewear available internationally in the near future.
For prescription glasses, do I get new prescription lenses every time I swap?
Yes! We’ll add brand new prescription lenses to every pair of glasses you receive. Now you never have to deal with scratched lenses again.
What kind of prescription lenses are available?
We offer single-vision lenses with prescriptions between +4 and -6. Lenses are 1.59 polycarbonate and come with premium anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings.
What condition are items in?
We take great care to clean and sterilize all of our eyewear using ultrasonic cleaning tools so they arrive to you in like-new condition.
How long can I keep my glasses/sunglasses?
You may keep your glasses for as long as you want (membership must be in good standing). Keep them for a weekend, a season, or forever – it's up to you!
How do I swap my eyewear?
Select the pair you’d like to swap for, confirm your shipping address, and you'll receive them within 3-8 business days. Once your new pair arrives, place the old pair in the shipping bag provided and use the included pre-paid return label. Put it in the mail or drop it off at any USPS location. Return the old pair within five days of receiving your new glasses to avoid any late fees.
How will I be billed?
Since this is a recurring membership we only accept credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged automatically every 30 days from the day you sign up. Your membership will not expire unless you contact us to cancel.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel any time by calling us at (855) 264-3808 Monday through Friday from 9am – 7pm ET. Please return your current pair before the end of your current billing period to avoid additional fees. If your glasses are not returned by the end of your billing period, you will be charged a membership fee for the following month.
